While developing production tools a lot of effort and expertise goes into method planning to deep-drawing simulation to production tool design.

Based on parts drawings and customer requirements, we develop customized production methods. Using deep-drawing simulation, we ensure our designs are feasible before creating shop drawings used in the tool manufacturing process. Through consistent Simultaneous Engineering and integrated use of simulation technologies, we are able to optimize the interface that helps us manufacture production tools.

We provide integrated expertise for production of highly complex production tools. Experienced toolmakers create tools from casting bodies, steel and standard parts. Their machine tools perform grinding, rotating, drilling, CNC milling and eroding tasks. Using testing presses, we put the quality of our production tools to the test. Our Quality Team matches manufactured sheet metal parts with customers' data until the tools meet the highest requirements for function and dimensional stability.

After the tools have been approved, we make sure they are successfully integrated into client presses.

Our employees' expertise in the adjustment, try-out and die-spotting is our warranty for exceptionally prepared solutions.

Implementation of formability simulation at the design stage

Rasandik uses state of the art 3D software for CAD/CAM/CAE for design and manufacture of tooling.. We implement comprehensive management of actual data obtained from simulation analysis, design, NC data, manufacturing and inspection. Accordingly we can provide high quality dies at the low-cost, and reduction of manufacturing hours and lead-time.
