Rasandik operates a hi-tech facility for manufacture of production tooling. The tool room is equipped with state of the art design and manufacturing systems including high-end CAD/CAM/CAE systems, digitizing probes and scanners for reverse engineering, large sized CNC machining centers, co-ordinate measuring machines and spotting presses enabling it to manufacture and maintain large sized tooling.

The latest being the commissioning (in 2010) of its DMU 100 monoBLOCK rapid traverse & fast axes for advanced mould making applications.

Rasandik undertakes manufacturing of tooling for medium to large sized components including fuel tanks, suspension parts, floor and structure parts and outer skin panels like doors, bonnet, roof, fenders etc.
